MML Help Desk
It can be hard to find the resources and information you need to thrive. We’re here to help.
The library’s Help Desk can help connect you with nonprofit and governmental programs to improve your wellbeing and access to services such as local food pantries, MaineCare, SNAP, affordable housing, services for older adults, and more. We can also help you with basic technology questions like connecting to Wi-Fi, downloading apps, setting up and updating devices, etc.
To talk with the MML Help Desk, call us at (207) 447-4076 or stop in at the library.
Phone Hours: Mon – Fri, 10AM to 5PM
While we’re happy to refer you to the experts, we don’t provide case management, counseling, therapy, legal advice, or emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. We also do not perform any kind of device repair or virus removal.
