GSK Science in the Summer (Week 2)

GSK Science in the Summerâ„¢, a program brought to you by the Franklin Institute, sponsored by GSK and hosted by the Maine Discovery Museum is working with community partners to bring free science enrichment to elementary-aged children all across Maine!

Maine Discovery Museum will bring FREE science programs to Millinocket Library
with all hands-on science experiments about the Science of Me! In addition, each participating child will receive a backpack with cool science materials and take-home supplies, AND a family pass for FREE museum admission to the Maine Discovery Museum on the GSK Science weekend in August!

Aging Well with Technology- Information Session

The National Digital Equity Center is offering an information session to gauge interest in their FREE Aging Well with Technology workshop.

Classes allow participants to connect through basic technology, protect their digital presence, use technology for better health, and get what they need online.

The Maine Digital Inclusion Initiative is a program of the National Digital Equity Center committed to closing the digital divide in rural Maine. Our AmeriCorps Members are trained Digital Literacy Instructors who will be providing a FREE Aging Well with Technology workshop.
